Beetroot Salad with Horseradish - Mama Lola (340g) - Slow-cooked in a cast-iron pot
Beetroot with horseradish, just like from home: sweet-spicy, clean, and full of character. A traditional salad that elevates any meal — from fasting dishes to roasts, sandwiches, or cheese boards.
✓ Trust Guarantees (and a jar with a purpose)
What you get in the jar
Generous beetroot content
Beetroot brings natural sweetness and pleasant texture. It is the "base" that makes the salad rich, round, and satisfying.
Freshly grated horseradish
That "clean" spiciness that whets the appetite. It's not aggressive, but perfectly balances the sweetness of the beetroot.
Clean ingredients (balance, not artificiality)
A dash of vinegar, salt, and a little sugar for balance — nothing more. The taste comes from vegetables, not additives.
100% natural, carefully pasteurized
No preservatives, no colorants, no additives. Pasteurization preserves the authentic taste and helps the product remain shelf-stable.
Why you should order it

★ Who we are: Mama Lola
Mama Lola is a family project from Negrași village, born out of care for our child and for all children growing up in the countryside. We make clean food, without preservatives and without shortcuts — from simple ingredients, from our own and local raw materials, with respect for the land and for true taste.
The name comes from Niculina "Lola" Mozăceanu, a kindergarten and primary school teacher in the village. We carry on her way of doing good: for every product sold, we donate 1 leu to the children of Negrași — for education, warm meals, and activities that offer them a better future.
