What you get in the jar

75% fresh cabbage, finely chopped

Generous base, slow-cooked in a cast-iron pot over a wood fire. Pleasant, slightly crunchy texture, without being watery or "heavy."

Onion + carrots (flavorful meal)

Onion provides sweetness and aroma, carrot rounds out the flavor. Exactly the "foundation" of home-cooked food.

Tomato paste from ripe tomatoes

Brings natural color and a rich taste, without artificial notes. Tomatoes bind everything together, "like in a cauldron."

Simple spices: bay leaf, salt, pepper

They don't "mask" the taste, they complement it. Finally, lemon juice for a fresher and balanced taste.

★ Who we are: Mama Lola

Mama Lola is a family project from Negrași village, born from our care for our child and for all children growing up in the countryside. We make clean food, without preservatives and without shortcuts — from simple ingredients, from our own and local raw materials, with respect for the land and for the true taste.

The name comes from Niculina "Lola" Mozăceanu, a kindergarten and primary school teacher in the village. We carry forward her way of doing good: from every product sold, we donate 1 leu for the children of Negrași — for education, warm meals, and activities that offer them a better future.
